【摘要】:ThispartofISO3183specifiesthetechnicaldeliveryconditionsforseamlessandweldedpipeofnon-alloyandalloy(exceptstainless)steelswiththebasicqualityandtestingrequirements(levelA),whichareintendedforthetransmissionanddistributionofcombustibleandnon-combustiblefluids(includingwater)inthepetroleumandnaturalgasindustries.ThispartofISO3183includesthreadedandextra-strongthreadedlinepipe;andplain-end,regular-massplain-end,specialplain-end,extra-strongplain-endanddouble-extra-strongplain-endpipe;aswellasbellandspigotpipe.Dimensionalrequirementsonthreadsandthreadgauges,stipulationsongaugingpractice,gaugespecificationsandcertification,aswellasinstrumentsandmethodsforinspectionofthreadsaregiveninISO10422andareapplicabletoproductscoveredbythispartofISO3183.GradescoveredbythispartofISO3183areL175,L210,L245,L290,L320,L360,L390,L415,L450,L485,L555,gradesintermediatetothegradesL290andhigher,listedintable2.Forregular-massandspecialplain-endpipe(specialmass)asshownintables8and9andforthreadedpipelargerthannominalsize12(seetable6)thesizedesignationsusedhereinareoutside-diametersizes.Forallotherpipe,thesizedesignationsarenominalpipesizes.Wherepipesizelimits(orsizeranges)aregiven,theseareoutside-diametersizesexceptwhenitisstatedthattheyarenominal.Theseoutside-diametersizelimitsandrangesapplyalsotothecorrespondingnominalsizes(see7.6).NOTE1Attentionisdrawntothedefinitionforseamlesspipein3.2.2.1.
