【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardcontainstherelevantfunctionalrequirementsforgaspressureregulatinginstalla-tionsformingapartoftheservicelinesingassupplysystems.Itisapplicabletothedesign,materials,construction,testing,operationandmaintenanceofgaspressureregulatinginstallationswhichformapartoftheservicelineforthesupplyofresidential,highrise,publicaccess,commercialandmixedusebuildings(seeEN1775)andforwhichthemaximumupstreamoperatin~lpressureisequaltoorlessthan16barandthedesignflowrateisequaltoorlessthan200m3/h(normalmIh).ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytogaspressureregulatinginstallationscommissionedpriortothepublicationofthisstandard.BasicsystemrequirementsforgaspressureregulatinginstallationsarecontainedinthisEuropeanStandard.Requirementsforindividualcomponents(valves,regulators,safetydevices,pipes,etc.)orinstallationofthecomponentsarecontainedintheappropriateEuropeanStandards.Forgaspressureregulatinginstallationsformingapartofservicelineswithdesignflowratesofmorethan200m3/h(normalm~/h)orforamaximumupstreamoperatingpressureofmorethan16barprEN12186applies.TherequirementsofthisEuropeanStandardarebasedongoodgasengineeringpracticeunderconditionsnormallyencounteredinthegasindustry.Requirementsforunusualconditionscannotbespecificallyprovidedfor,norareallengineeringandconstructiondetailsprescribed.TherequirementsofthisEuropeanStandardarebasedonthephysicalandchemicaldataofgaseousfuelsinaccordancewithtable1ofEN437:1993forfirstandsecondfamilygases.Forgaseousfuelsheavierthanairadditionalconsiderationsmaybenecessary.TheobjectiveofthisEuropeanStandardistoensurethesafeoperationofsuchsystems.Thisdoesnot,however,relieveallconcernedoftheresponsibilityfortakingthenecessarycareandapplyingeffectivequalitymanagementduringthedesign,constructionandoperation.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiescommonbasicprinciplesforgassupplysystems.UsersofthisEuropeanStandardshouldbeawarethatmoredetailednationalstandardsand/orcodesofpracticecanexistintheCENmembercountries.ThisEuropeanStandardisintendedtobeappliedinassociationwiththesenationalstandardsand/orcodesofpracticesettingouttheabovementionedprinciples.Intheeventofconflictsintermsofmorerestrictiverequirementsinnationallegislation/regulationwiththerequirementsofthisstandard,thenationallegislation/regulationshalltakeprecedence.
