【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheperformancerequirementsforpumpsusedwithinthescopeofmeasuringmethodsforthedeterminationoftheconcentrationofchemicalagentsintheworkplaceatmosphere.Thepumpsconsideredinthisstandardaremainlyusedforaerosolsampling.Thisstandardisvalidforpumpswithanominalvolumetricflowratewithintherange51/minto4001/min.Thisstandardappliestoelectricallydrivenpumpsandalsotoairmovers,whichinduceairflowwiththeaidofanothermechanism,suchaspressuredropacrossacriticalnozzle.Thestandardappliestopumpswhich:—areattachedtoapersonandconnectedtothesamplerbymeansoftubingduringsampling;—arestationaryandconnectedtothesamplerbymeansoftubingduringsampling;—arebuiltintosamplingapparatuswhichiseitherattachedtoapersonorisoperatedinastationaryposition.Thisstandardappliestopumpswhosenominalvolumetricflowratecanbekeptconstantbyanautomaticcontrolleriftheflowresistancechangesduringsampling.Thecontrolrangeshallbespecifiedbythemanufacturer.Thisstandardalsoappliestopumpswhichareoperatedataconstantnominalvolumetricflowrate,sincetheyworkataconstantflowresistancepressuredropduringsampling(e.g.pumpswithrotatingcups).Forpumpswhichareattachedtoapersonduringsampling,ergonomicrequirementslikemaximummassshouldbetakenintoaccount.Theserequirementsarenotspecifiedinthisstandardindetail,butshouldbeconsideredbythemanufacturerwhenconstructingapump.
