【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60749describesasaltatmospheretestthatdeterminestheresistanceofsemiconductordevicestocorrosion.Itisanacceleratedtestthatsimulatestheeffectsofseveresea-coastatmosphereonailexposedsurfaces.Itisonlyapplicabletothosedevicesspecifiedforamarineenvironment.ThesaltatmospheretestisconsidereddestructiveIngeneral,thissaltatmospheretestisinconformitywithIEC60068-2-11but,duetospecificrequirementsofsemiconductors,theclausesofthisstandardapply.
